Hi PTREE,

I've been reading your posts for awhile, they've been so helpful to me.

I posted awhile back about panic attacks and irritable bowel. I've had it since I was 16 (both) and am doing a B & P cleanse.

I just wanted to ask - How do you get your bowel back in "shape" after having this problem for so many years? Does the cleanse help with this? I thought that was a really interesting point, and may be why I haven't seen any plaque yet. (This cleanse has been three weeks so far)
