I've skipped the last dose before. That was when I was taking the Epsom Salts with grapefruit juice. Now, I've been doing it with applejuice. I follow the Epsom Salts with some sips of water and especially if I'm thirsty. I just did my 12th Liver Flush today. I got out so many stones. I hadn't done a flush in 2 and a half years due to having a baby and nursing, and I'm still nursing but decided to do the flush anyway and my 23-month old daughter has been fine with it.
