In my protocol, I use liquid Mag. Citrate found at the drug store. The amount used is 1 ounce in 8 ounces of water. This works out to 1.7?? grams of mag citrate per drink. I use 4 drinks ach of the 4 hours prior to oo/gj mix. Next morning, 4 more drinks, and then a regular meal. Most of the bottle is used up, and stones 1/2" have come out. Noce part is I felt no cramping, bloating or passing of gasses. Until the next morning, I wondered if it was working. The results were better than expected, and no real side effects to report. Even the volume and number of times of elimination the next day were reduced significantly.
