Hi SunnyDisposition,

I also have systemic yeast so i don't use apple juice. I use malic acid that I bought at the local brewery/wine making shop (cheaper than buying malic acid tablets at the health store). Just mix about 2 ml or slightly less than 1/2 tsp in some water and chug. It doesn't taste bad...just acidic. I take it after my meal...for approx 3-7 days prior to flush. It works well at disintegrating stones...

With systemic yeast, you can have one green apple per day. You mush take it with no other food so the transit time through the intestine/colon is fast. Its great to have a piece of fruit on our diet!!
