The only difference is that I take the oil/juice mixture before bed (I used to sip it over a few hours but got to where I hated doing that). Upon waking, I take a whole bottle of magnesium citrate.

I eat very light or juice fast.....don't eat anything after 2 p.m.......sip on water until 6 p.m.
