For your low back pain try these things:
1 see a good chiropractor who uses the palmer method and get frequent adjustments.
2 use hot and cold showers focusing on that area. Here are Dr Schulze's directions for that from his incurables program
"Hot and Cold Showers: (the most effective way to move the blood and create circulation ) Once daily, you must do a complete hot and cold shower. You will start with hot water for 1 minute, then cold for 1 minute. Re-peat this 7 times so the shower should last about 15 minutes. Another time, daily, you can do a complete hot and cold shower routine again or a partial one just applying the water directly to the affected area. Make sure while you are doing both hot and cold showers that you pay special attention to the affected area and massage it vigorously. If the shower is impossible then use Hot packs and Ice packs."
3 Follow the hot/cold showers with a good massage if possible and apply something like a capsicum cream, tiger balm, a##kisser by little moon essentials or Dr Schulze's deep tissue repair oil (herbdoc.com)
4 Do exercises that help the low back to help strengthen it (ask chiropractor or physical therapist for what kind might help)
5 Use hot and cold alternating compresses
6 do several good Colon Cleanses I would use Dr Schulze's intestinal cleanse #1 and #2 available at herbdoc.com or email me and I will send you the link to his save your life manual which tells the ingredients and how to make your own if desired. It is hard to make the formula #1 though..something in it made me sneeze badly and cough when trying to put it in the capsules. See his website for directions on finding your correct dose for intestinal cleanse #1 and how to take intestinal cleanse #2 (herbdoc.com or click on schulze from any curezone page)
This is often related to low back pain.
