It sounds like, at least, you have very poor digestion wich can cause food fermentation, bloating, SIBO,...

One month on:

Betaine HCL + Pepsin

Increase the number of capsules by one, each day until a warming or or slight burning sensation is felt in the stomach. Then subtract one from the total number of capsules taken before that meal and this will be your usual dose.

Digestive enzymes

Try plant-based or enteric coated pancreatin.
For better results combine both.

Psyllium husk

Absorb toxins and helps you to get more BMs.

Liver Support

Milk Thistle and/or Artichoke.

Multivitamin (whatever you like)
+ Extra C Vitamin (1-2gr)
+ Extra B Vitamins (50-200mg)
+ Extra Magnesium (400mg) (also helps with BMs)
+ Extra Zinc (50mgx2)

Omega3 fatty acids

Free of PCBs and Mercury.

And to kill some bad bacteria or parasites:

Olive Leaf Extract

After this month you can change Betaine and Enzymes to digestive bitters slowly (1 food/day every week from most light to most heavy). Keep on Psyllium husk
and Vitamin/Mineral/Omega3 supplementation. Add probiotics (homemade yogurt/kefir, etc..) and prebiotics (oat or rice bran, inulin,...).

But if you have other issues you might need to address all of them to get your health back. You cannot make a car run without the four wheels.
