I have heard of a "classic" coke flush for the removal of kidney stones....also known as the "hill-billy" kidney cleanse...
I tried it two ways... first using the coke and asparagus..
due to my various ailments candida, etc.. I reacted to all that Sugar and caffeine... I had a minor candida flare up but it did work...
Basically, the "active" ingredient in the coke that does the work is phosphoric acid which can be obtained without the Sugar and all the other toxic crap that makes a coke. The asparagus acts as a diuretic.
The basic logic behing the coke flush is to consume a massive amount of some kind of food grade acid, quickly followed by a large amount of diuretic, followed by lots of water.
I used phospphoric acid followed by by a kidney cleanse tea described in the Andreas Moritz Liver Flush book.
BTW I've also done 9 Liver Flushes as described in the Andreas Moritz book...
All the best...
