Make your own yogurt as well, very easy and then you can make it over 24 hours to reduce the Sugar content even more than plain natural yogurt.

Problem with making your own kefir is that you shouldn't consume too much of it, and you have to get rid of the grains as they're reproduce much more quickly than what you need, and the milk cost will be silly if you have to throw a lot away.
