You've recieved some great responses, but I also want to point out that hair loss has also been linked to a copper defiecency. Eating more nuts and using a shampoo or spray that contains copper peptides can help reverse hair loss also. Also avoid dandruff shampoos that contain zinc because zinc can block copper.
