I'd advise to STAY AWAY from iodine, Colloidal Silver , ascorbic acid, etc. as they're toxic and do great harm and give your body more poisons to eliminate. I threw away a whole drawer full of vitamin supplements and now only use herbs (but only certain ones, as most are junk), and essential oils.
