It seems these are stark contradictions. I am underweight and haven't gained a pound in years, obvious increased metabolism as food passes in as little as 12 hours.

Though my body's basal temperature is below normal, taking it in the morning upon waking and charting the numbers for several weeks, it only averages 96.6, and even taken in the afternoon it does not exceed 97.8.

In searching I cannot find any conditions that support both, as each are polar opposites to each other.

Suggestions?
