correction: 60 mg a day sometimes twice a day. I see a difference in my body. Only issue is, if it even is one..your stool comes out green. everything turns green a lot but what do you expect when you eat grass?

** I also want to add I dont swallow pills, I pour things into my mouth. The bad on my tongue gets directly hit when I put chlorophyll on it..
