how in the world do you take that much vitamin C and not have bad die off effects? i cant take any more than 500 to 1000 most of the time.

I will add to this post..ive got a good immune system booster for you i started taking the past week..

My mom has always took this to prevent colds and it seems to keep illness away pretty good.
