Congratulations! I have bought MSM from the health food store that wasn't any good. I buy mine from World Image Naturals, 5 lbs at a time but 1 lb is good for beginners.

Like I said, it took a year before I noticed many of the changes. It addressed my acute issues within three days.

Take it with vitamin C. I take Madre-C, don't take ascorbic acid.
