I've been making liposomal C for several months, but I can only find one soy lecithin that is truly organic...in fact, I believe that sunflower lecithin would be superior but since I can only find that in liquid form, I've been hesitant to buy it.

Can anyone tell me how the liquid would effect the formula? How much should I use? Right now, I use 6 Tablespoons soy granules to 2 cups water.

Any insight would be appreciated.
