I am still a bit anxious about doing the proper flush therefore I have been doing a sort of 'mini flush'. For the past three or so days I have started each morning with an oil swish, drank juiced carrots and green apples, then a shot glass full of olive oil followed by juiced grapefruit. My usual aches and pains seem to be intensifying and this evening while ironing I had a very sharp shooting pain under my right rib and round to the side. My right side/back is now sore - like little stabs and also aching.
Is this a normal reaction, what should I do now?
