Thanks for your detailed reply. I bought some Epsom Salts and will take a dose to see if it helps. It's a bit better today. I used a castor oil last night pack which maybe helped a wee bit. I'm going to take some EP now and I hope it's ok to take a dose at night -it's 11pm here. Regards
