I'm not middle man to buy it but have good info:
I just bought "TRIVENTOR 4" from a company in Peru, South America. No I didn't pay with paypal but I got my 4 tubes with no problem in the mail. I have no commercial interest with them nor anything similar, this to be cleared. The delivery cost me more than the medicine, lol, but got it here to Fl!!! Paid $80 for four tubes and the delivery,
if that is to save my life from flukes it is soo cheap!

Also found several studies stating Triclabendazole is the medicine that shows better results to treat liver flukes and lung flukes with close to a 100% positive results, according to these studies, not me, read:

My only concern is the dose because the concentration of veterinary medicines is different than the human ones; that is up to you or your Doctor but what I do know is my Doc told me to go low and regular better than high and strong; the acute phase can be treated strong while the chronic has to be careful for the kidney!
