Apple Vaseline petroleum jelly to the rectum with each toileting. Do this for at least one month. Hang sheets and underwear in the sun whenever possible. Place a small sandwich baggie over your hand, scoop up the jelly, apply it to the rectum, turn the bag inside out and throw it away.
