I have done candida diets twice for a few months at a time with no change. I was taking anti fungals as well.

My leaky gut becomes asymptomatic for up to a year at a time depending on how my body is doing fighting my Lyme disease. I hope this is more helpful than it is irritating. Going gluten free strictly seemed to help but then I became sensitive to things like mushrooms and vinegar and dairy. It seemed never ending but when I treat for Lyme and its co-infections I can eat gluten everyday with no reaction for a year at a time. Lyme has a cycle and even without treatment i have better years and worse years with it.

I wonder if there are other health conditions beside Lyme that when resolved, resolve leaky gut. Hope so cause treating Lyme sucks. Any ideas?
