well, to make it easier you can always encapsulate the salts http://www.iherb.com sells empty capsules

also, you can use flavored oils, I do. I use 40 packets of coromega you can also get it at iherb.com or flax oil capsules, olive oil capsules, coconut oil capsules......

I also use malic acid tablets 2 per day the week before flush to soften and produce more stones

I suggest you buy the L-Ornithine and take 8 and you should sleep through the night.

I've just heard about an easier flush that i am trying tonight for the first time.

you but the magnesium citrate at walmart or walgreens and drink that, stop eating 2 hours prior to drinking it then take the oil 1-2 hours after......

the person that posted it has had very good results........

I just bought the mag/cit and will use this evening.......
