Ramble all you want. It is healing to get your thoughts on paper (err...cyber-paper)!!!

I, like you, am not overweight, but felt tired and just plain yucky all the time. So, when I started cleansing, my husband and the rest of my family thought I was nuts. I've been at this since January, and I'm JUST NOW starting to feel better. I would have times where I would feel good for a day or two and then be tired again. Since my last flush, I've been feeling SO MUCH BETTER! The tables have turned - I feel better more days than I feel bad...I know I'm doing something good for my health!

I know it's hard when the family isn't really supporting you, but stick with it!! You've got to help yourself get better! The doctors are either going to tell you it's all in your head or try to give you pills.
