i don't think it's necessary to be so hard on her. we are all doing what we can to fit this into our lives- sounds like you have alot more help to do things in your life than this woman.

we all come to this board for support, and it's not very encouraging to be called a whiner (spelled with an "H") and nowhere did she say that she didn't eat. in fact, she said she followed the formula pretty closely. it's just that she didn't get the results that she expected.
