Hello, first make absolutelly sure you do have the flukes because the meds are super strong and have to be taken care wih caution; the Egaten is a medicine called Triclabendazole, and this unfortunately is sold as veterinary to the extent the government of egipt had to approve a treatment/study with the veterinary version because people were dying of flukes and non of the current treatments were working - here in the US the medicine is Praziquantel but it doesn't work 100%. So the way to go is veterinarian, depending on the country you are buying it it has many names:

I found even the veterinary versions are not sold in the US, no idea why... and bought a very good product from South America. If you cannot find it anywhere and might have to consider the veterinarian version please read at this study to convert the dose, it is a one or two days treatment no more, and if you cannot find anything anywhere send me a pm.
