Have you been cleansing? It is the kind of thing that happens after a long regimen of deep parasite cleansing. I could feel something similar slithering between my ribs. Someone else reported one in her foot. I backed off and have not cleansed that deeply again. It is creepy. Your doctor may try to prescribe anti-psychotics. You are not crazy.
