Ive been suffering for about 5 months now. This I believe triggered from pulling my lips out in a very stressful and dry season time. Also I had vitamin D deficieny which leads to yeast infection.

The product I used to use was Crest Alchol free mouthwash.
I used to use it atleast 3 times per week. I visited my oral surgean yesterday and he prescribed me Nystatin oral wash for 2 weeks, which pretty much kills any yeast/fungi infection I might have in my mouth, and its working better than the mouthwash. Has no side effects.

Its funny how when I use a mouthwash/nystatin my swelling goes down to zero! and theres no white milky stuff inside my mouth. So I might have a yeast infection inside my mouth, also my lips are about 65% healed. I have SUCCESSFULLY rebuilt the vermillion border skin on my lips!
Im positive I have to successfully beat this infection in my mouth before my lips can be fully healed.

I have been using Blistex Medicated Lip Ointment and I cannot stress how much this product has helped me! This product helps build skin and is just AMAZING! In just 2 weeks, my lips have never felt this way! They look normal all the time now, however some parts of my lips still do peel, as because of the infection I believe I have, but still Im almost there to beat this problem!

You might think I never had EC, but I had all the symptoms of EC and worse. I might have had something different but that doesnt matter, Im getting healed and thats what matters to me the most.

Theres always a light at the end of the tunnel, please try the blistex, you dont have anything to lose, this might just cure your lip problem! plus it's not expensive.

You dont have to follow what Ive done, Im just telling you my experience with this condition. If you have any question then let me know, picture will come soon, after Im done the course of this oral rinse.
stay positive everyone! :)
