It's better to juice vegetables so you don't get a Sugar spike.
Use cucumbers, celery, and lettuce for a base. Then add some greens for nutrition.
To sweeten it a little add carrots or apples. lemons improve the taste also.
Then you can add things like Habenaro peppers and ginger for the health benefits and flavor.
