In my experience, plenty of doctors like to tell you how they HAVE studied nutrition. Of course, it was by no means extensive but they felt like it was pretty much everything they need to know. And of course, it was the traditional nutrition, aka four food groups school of thought. But somehow those few hours made them experts!
