i dont really know what different peopl are selling as "orme" or whatver. true orme may be very good for us, but how on earth do we know what these companies are selling us? you can't. true orme? maybe not. who knows? i have heard you can make it yourself, but i have never talked ot anyone who has done it. grape juice is supposed to be high in orme, but again, who knows? what moses made with the ark is probably not what we are buying online.
