RE your question about 'plateout'. You'll need to provide a bit more information to get more responses I think.

1. Volume you're producing?
2. Battery unit or current controlled?
3. Electrode configuration, ie loops or straight rods?
4. Stirring or non stirring?

Put up a few more details of your equipment and practices.

The short answer to this question would be - What if it did? Who's gunna notice? But to put your mind at rest, I seriously doubt there is any information available in the public domain regarding this question. My answer would be absolutely and categorically NO. When EIS/CS comes in contact with stomach acids, salts, ammonias, peroxides and whatever else is floating around in the human body, I doubt anything remotely like that would be occurring. But as I said, even if it did, who cares anyway? It's not like anyone is gunna slice you open to have a look. Don't concern yourself about internal cosmetics cos in all likelihood it doesn't exist.
