If you have done this for 10 months and there has been no progress then I seriously doubt it is going to work for you. And I also doubt that doing my wound treatment will work either because I don't think you have a wound.

So if I'm honest I think doing more of what you've done for 10 months (wound treating) is a complete waste of time.
