Mr Dr. gave me trazadone (because gp's are m*o*o*ns when it comes to AF), but it actually does help when I am in crisis-insomnia mode. So if your desperate Traz could be helpful.

Calc/Mag/Zinc. I second what marie said about copper toxicity.

Seriphos has actually been helping me with insomnia as well lately.
