I'm only giving support because I have yet to start my flush.

Did you parasite cleanse first?

If not you probably are herxing from the parasites. Maybe you are killing them off and it's causing a toxic reaction.

I don't think that it's from the flush.

I would go with a parasite cleanse before your next flush

PLEASE dont hold me against it.

But that has everything as far as I know for the Clark parasite cleanse.

Wormwood, Cloves, Black-Walnut .

I would cleanse yourself of parasites first because the symptoms you are experience (Other than the food issue) sounds like a herx.

I personally had the same symptoms. Couldn't sleep, Restlessness, And from what I was reading. parasites can cause you to curl up into fetal position.

For so long I would sleep in a ball and get the worse sleep ever. Never really thought about it.

I would get deep aches in the back of my thighs and calfs. I couldn't sleep. And now I think it's due to parasites.

Have you ate Kale before? Maybe you had an allergic reaction to the foods (Blood shot eyes, Sore throat). Sounds like an allergy to me.

Those would be my recommendations, And like I said I haven't started my cleanse or flush yet but if you didn't cleanse parasites then I have heard that people herx and get sick very bad.

You wont die, You just need to remove the toxins.

Chlorella would be another recommendation. Get the BioPure Chlorella from http://www.peak-health-now.com/

It's password protected but they send you the pass.

50.90 for the Chlorella.

Also you can try Sweating as that's a really good detoxer.

I have issues with my thyroid too (Not sure what yet) but I heard the sweating issue is due to thyroid problems and that the thyroid problem is due to the clogged liver/Gallbladder.

Good luck!
