I don't use homopathics, don't believe in them. The Pure arnica extract would be most powerful. The Homopathic crap takes 1 drop of this and adds 1000 drops of water, then takes 1 drop and then adds 1,000 drops of water and eventually doing this 3X or 10X they then add some alcohol and sell it for big $$$, to the Christopher's and Richard Schulze, this is a RIP OFF and I have to agree, but many people like this method; Go figure!!!!

Somewhere I have arnica I raised but never used it, it is in tincture form deep down on the shelf somewhere, I avoid powerful herbs like this, but find them a novalty.
