saywhatagain what do you base this on? Humanity has evolved eating high fat/protein low carb for hundreds of thousands of years, and only been eating high carb low fat the last 10.000 years (grains). Im very curious on what you base this on, and why high fat low carb is destructive to the digestion system. Sounds like complete rubbish
