Hm...

Thanks for feedback ...its tricky issue for me...taking whole grains and diary out and so on...i already fell better wihtout them in a way but way way weaker...

Line-up did you used some of them? Ive tried B12 but gave me kind of jittery feeling. Did not try others since the ilness started.

I remember years ago in a hospital the internist doctor gave me just IV B vitamins telling me the same about taking B vitamins by mouth NOK with infections.

A functional doctor in USsaid that :
"B-complex alone doesn’t fully regulate the adrenal function, but it does provide a nice foundation because it has such a positive impact on so many aspects of healthy function. I will say that most people will not use the B-complex very well, usually because of an intestinal infection or lack of good bacteria. We absolutely must deal with that first so that you can absorb the B vitamins."
