Of course I did a 30 day parasite cleanse with MH's herbs. After years of wasting thousands of dollars, pitched all my vitamins and other supplements after experiencing success with the 'Obey Nature' protocol.

I went on to accomplish the 21 day OJ Fast. Later, I Sungazed for 90 days following the HRM method. There are other self-experiments with healing modalities such as Reiki, Feldenkrais Movement Therapy, and Chi-Kung that you can research. You can find the details somewhere on my website.
