You might like t have some good coconut water (no additives)on hand to break the fast with. It's just such a perfectly balanced food.
And very healing also. A person could well fast on that for a few days of longer. Fast should be in quotes here, since it's such a percent balance it can even be used as a 'blood transfusion'.
