It may be lactose intolerance because if you continue dairy products w/o taking lactaid enzymes you accumulate bacterial in your stomach and after a period of time, years, you'll start smelling. Please get tested for Lactose intolerance. you may also have a peptic ulcer due to this problem so get tested for this too. good luck
