I found a doctor's quote somewhere, and it also has been my experience, that that stuff doesn't seem to help at all with a heavy metal poisoning. You can try, but if you are unsure about a positive effect there probably really isn't one.
> Eaten Healthy for the past 5 years
Oh my god - I hope that isn't "popular alternative theories" kind of healthy.
> On the GAPS diet for past 4 months
Well, at least it includes meat. But listen to your gut first of all. During my chelation (several years) I had several drastic changes in diet - all caused by what my body wanted (appetite). If your "inner voice" really wants something or doesn't want something, don't try to overrule your gut brain (which is an actual thing not (just) a figure of speech!!!) because "you read something".
> Exercise 5 days a week
Regular exercise like walking/biking as part of daily life is better than a car/office chair lifestyle coupled with extreme evening workouts. I did both and the former (without the latter) subjectively is significantly better.

Yes, could be heavy metals. I had all of these for more than two decades and they are all gone now (and much more).
> Have had Amalgams removed 3 years ago
Sounds even more likely now.

The first one. With chelators - DMPS, DMSA, ALA (this one only much later!), and it takes YEARS, so don't be impatient. I had Candida, doctors even prescribed 3 weeks of a systemic anti-fungal (with big success), but anti-fungals are good only for keeping severe spikes in check, they do NOTHING in actually eradicating Candida. Only your own body/immune system can do that. That's because eradicating anything isn't a "one time event", some Candida (and lots of other things) will always be inside you. Being healthy is a dynamic balance, the immune system *always* has to do work. My Candida got less and less during chelation and is a non-issue now (still present though, see above, it always is - that's normal).
And about the first question again, studies were made decades ago (on people who had an acute mercury poisoning who were declared "healed" after their (normal) death) showing that the body does NOT get rid of (all) mercury on its own. Also, chelating for just a few weeks until urine measurements are low isn't sufficient either - the test subjects had received DMPS for their acute poisoning.
