I feel some stiffness on my fingers and my hands feel tired , is this a sign for arthritis? I am a writer and typing can be very uncomfortable. It's been going on and off for 3 months now.I used to apply liniment on my hands and fingers and have my wife massage them for me. The discomfort lessens but not totally gone.Any advice would be appreciated.
