I forgot to mention I take ACE (250+250mg) and pregnenolone (30mg) for about 1 month with minimal effects
Now I have other questions:
- Can you/she recommand a doctor, because I am too weak to resarch the supplements and choices.
- One of my main issues is overthinking (as a sign of anxiety). I can't stop thinking about solutions day & night and this is very exhausting and my sleep pattern is damaged. My nervous system is very very tired. I tried some GABA but not every day and never exceeded 750mg. How much your friend is taking? I am always hypervigilent.
- And another big problem is liver function (started TMG yesterday).Any iddea how to very gently detox?

I am on antideppresants, too, which I dont't think is a good thing for AF.
