People love to whine. Just look at the whinfest on this forum.
When I first started cleansing round 3 years ago I kept bracing for some horrible tastes and reactions from different aspects of the different cleanses. Now 3 years later after having gone through it all and finding out for myself that none of it was any big deal at all, all I can say is "whata a bunch of WHINERS!!

The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is the most efficient way to get the toxins out of your body as it cleanses the whole GI tract top to bottom. It has been called an oral enema. Don't listen to the whiners and try it for yourself. The one thing that I will recomend is that you use the grey Celtic Sea Salt . It is by far the mellowest and most palatable of all.
