I forgot to add, im also on 100mgx2 7-keto daily...this supplement iss aid to increase the immune function



Since using 7keto, monolaurin and GsE and purewayc...and doing some gut cleaning and some parasite cleanse... Ihv had a significant energy improvement.. I dont really crave sweet things and i can easily skip meals, as i can feel that my blood Sugar is very stable.. Ive also lost inches due to 7keto and the parasite cleanse without going to gym or doing any cardio

I now think that the yoyo Sugar levels and extreme hungry feelings are actually due to parasites

I should also mention that 2 of my friends who had relatives under surgery..due to cancer...the docs found worms in the pts gut... Not a strange coincidence ..Google "helminth and immune functio" to know more on this

We deworm our pets at least once a yr...why not us.? I also wonder if "raw" and organic food are parasite free,,,
