YAAAAAAYYY!!!!!!!!!!! I did it! I feel so awesome. Wow. And I haven't been weighing myself, and didn't really weigh myself before the cleanse. I know i weighed around 132, (I'm 5'4 25 yr old female.), I weigh 128 during good habit times but my weight had been creeping up to 132 because of bad eating and not working out. This morning I weighed myself just to see, expecting maybe 5 or 6 pounds lost, and I weigh 120 pounds! That's 12 pounds! I am extatic. I DID want to lose weight, and planned on using this as a jump start to healthy habits, but this is like being shot out of a cannon! I just had a glass of OJ and it was DELICIOUS! I'm going to a party tonight but will only be drinking virgin screwdrivers. (OJ sans vodka!) The weight thing does matter, i guess. I tried not to fixate on it while i was fasting cause it would make me crazy, but now it is such a nice reward! Thanks anyone who read this long gleeful post, and everyone on this forum who helped me SO MUCH to achieve my goal. Everyone fasting, hang on! It's worth it!
