Like others mentioned detox your colon and liver. You said aspirin triggered the smell. Aspirin is known to be very hard on the liver so there must be a connection. I dont think you have TMAU rather a toxic overload like most of us here. Constipation is a big one here try cleansing the.colon trough hydrotherapy if possible or find a cleanse online to help you.
