Ah? "we never reach real ketosis obviously unless we are not able to properly convert proteins to glycogen properly" -??

I thought it was well known that ketosis starts when liver glycogen gets depleted. And proteins are not converted to glycogen, they are converted to glucose, and extra glucose is stored as glycogen, no?

In any rate, I thought you made a typo, when you used "finish" when you apparently meant "start", but now.. ..don't know what to say.

Never mind.
