Would it be effective eating grinned Guanaba(Sourop) fruit, instead of whole Soursop fruit?

The reason I ask is because I'm having a hard time finding a store that sells sourop fruit. Instead I'm finding seeds to buy online. So I thought would it be both beneficial to killing lung cancer cells, same as eating soursop fruit juice?

My dad has stage 3 lung cancer, as well as pulmonary fibrosis, and emphysema. I'm trying to find something that WOULD REVERSE HIS PULMONARY FIBROSIS, AND EMPHYSEMA.
