The first few days are the worst, and I found the evenings the biggest challenge, too. Getting through the first four days meant smooth sailing in the evenings to me both times. I find my cravings were not for sweets at all. My big bugaboo is pizza! I dream of it. But even that is pretty easy to resist after the first few days. Go for five days and see how you feel. I remember one post that their candida went away on the MC!
